FY2008 Proposed State TANF plan

The Division of Public Assistance is seeking public comment on the renewal of the Alaska State Plan for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program (TANF). The plan is a continuation of the existing plan with minor updating. Renewal of the plan is needed so that Alaska can continue to receive a federal TANF block grant. The public comment period is open until December 20th, 2007.
